Yoga Classes
Unwind and release tension in our inclusive yoga classes. Suitable for beginners through to those with a more established practice, each session offers a welcoming space to breathe, move and reset. Through flowing movement, mindful stretching and gently strengthening the whole body, you’ll have time to slow down and reconnect, leaving you feeling calmer, refreshed and ready for the rest of your day.

Pilates Classes
With a friendly, light hearted and supportive atmosphere, each Pilates class focuses on building core strength, improving flexibility and helping you feel stronger and more balanced in your body. Open to all levels, it's designed to meet you where you are, with the right amount of challenge to help you feel energised, centred and stronger after every session.

Community Walks
Our community walks are a lovely way to get outdoors, get moving and enjoy some fresh air. They’re relaxed and friendly, with plenty of time for a natter along the way. Everyone is welcome including dogs and kids! Just come along and enjoy a gentle walk and good company.

Book Club Gatherings
Our monthly book club is a relaxed and friendly space to share a love of reading. Each month we choose a book to enjoy, then get together for a chat, a cuppa (or glass of wine), and a good discussion. It’s very informal and a wonderful way to connect with others and share thoughts (whether you finish the book of not!)
